Dott. Linda Cesari is the licensed real estate agent that meets you at Welchome and takes care of all aspects of buying/selling for you. She approached the real estate sector as a professional interpreter/translator in English over 12 years ago. This is how she met a charming British couple who needed help with contracts and up-dates on works for their Italian Home. Becoming a full time licensed real estate agent, few years afterwards, was the natural consequence of this experience.
 
First hand experience and a long established cooperation with reliable construction engineers/surveyors, specializing in planning, certifying and renovating properties, is a further guarantee that project management is always of the highest possible quality with WelcHome.
